1. You have 7 days to return an item from original purchase date; 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns,
with exception to manufacturer's defects. Item that is returned incomplete, damaged, or with serial number missing or
tampered with will not be accepted for return

2. (a) When purchasing inverters, charge controllers, solar panels and batteries, the specified safety features
(breakers, surge protectors, etc.) & wires must be installed, otherwise GPSI will not be liable for any damages
incurred.
(b) The purchaser must refrain from carrying out any repair by themselves or having it repaired by a third party before
the warranty date, any defects should be reported to GPSI immediately with reference to a sales invoice. If item was
installed by GPSI the purchaser must enable GPSI to confirm these defects and remedy them if it's under warranty.
(c) In the event that GPSI does not install your product and it's damaged and still under warranty, GPSI will refer the
purchaser to the manufacturer to claim warranty. GPSI shall not stand the expense of the shipping cost nor be
responsible for any indirect damage/damages to your product.
