Local Pickup
In Store pickup is available Monday to Saturday between 7:30am to 4:00pm. An email or WhatsApp message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to make your own pickup, please give us a call so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery
We do delivery 2-3 business days after confirming your order; we don't deliver on weekends and holidays. All charges will be displayed at your checkout.
After confirming your order, you will be sent a tracking number so you can follow up on your order to see the status of it.
We only ship Countrywide.
If you wish to return an item and have a refund, we would need to inspect your item to check for damage, and if it isn't tampered with then you will be approved for a refund and this will be added to your account depending on what payment method you used for the purchasing of the item. A small sum will be deducted from your return fund if you wish for us to do the pickup.
If you don't see your credit returned to your account after 2-3 days after asking for a refund, please feel free to contact us anytime during our working ours so we can resolve the matter.
If you prefer to return the item yourself then you will need to send it to our address at Nand Persaud & Company LTD, No 36 Village, Corentyne, Berbice, Guyana and you will need to pay all charges for the shipping.
In order to have your goods return, you will be need to have your bill to show proof of purchase from our store. The items you intend to should be in box/plastic that it was when it was delivered to you.
Please check bill after purchasing to see the warranty on the item you are purchasing because every item has a different warranty and return timeframe. You can return item yourself or await for us to pick it up ourselves and once we have it we will notify you.
We also exchange items that are damaged. You can contact us by WhatsApp or email so we can know to come and pick it up and you will be charged an extra fee for the pickup and delivery of the item. Returns may take days depending on where you are located.
If you wish to cancel an order then you will need to do so within the first 24 hours after purchase so the vendor can cancel it before it is shipped.
